Time Square Stage 3 is the third level of the Time Square world. This level introduces the Octoballoon time monster.
Cat Medals[]
Red - On the roof to the left of the Dust Herder.
Silver - Sweep up the 16 ton weight behind the goal gate. Stand on the machine and use a fast forward.
Gold - Near the first Chrono Blob, it is behind the 16 ton.

Use the regular route through the level, but just ignore gold and time crystals. No time controls are needed.
